The products in this webshop are delivered by DHL. Which courier service is used depends on the size of the product.
We try to send your package as soon as possible. The shipping time for the products is usually within three working days. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices stated on the webshop are exclusive of delivery costs, these are stated before payment is made.
Some products have dimensions that are difficult to ship. These products can only be picked up in the Yuna Merch warehouse. Therefore, select pick up as a shipping option at checkout and no shipping! After ordering in the webshop, an appointment will be made to collect the product.
We hope you are satisfied with your order, but it is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. If you have a complaint about a product and / or other aspects of our service, please send an email to support@yuna-merch.com stating the problem. We will give a substantive response to the complaint as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after receipt of the complaint. We hope, of course, that we can work on a solution.
Don't forget that all Yuna Merch products are made by hand from natural products where no product is exactly the same. Each product is unique and can have minor differences in size and color. Natural markings and / or discoloration are not considered defects. Be aware of this when purchasing the product. Of course we check all products before they are shipped.
You have 14 days to return a Yuna Merch product if you are not satisfied with your purchase. These 14 days are calculated after receipt of the order.
Contact us by sending an email to: support@yuna-merch.com Please state your name and invoice number in the email. We strive to answer your e-mail as soon as possible.
Pack the item in the original packaging or in another sturdy cardboard box. Fill in the model return form that you received from us by e-mail and put it in the packaging. Make sure that the packaging is closed carefully.
You can send the package with the completed model return form to our return address.
The costs and responsibility for the return are for you. If you want to return something, we recommend that you use a track & trace code because we are not liable if the package is lost.
We cannot accept back products that are damaged, incomplete or used.
When your return shipment has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email. The full amount will be refunded within a few days to the same account with which you made the original transaction.
